Marrickville

Description:
Mr. Kitto has a modest sized block in Marrickville which was close to shops and public transport. There was a great demand in the area for affordable rental housing. Mr. Kitto decided that he would provide a rental opportunity through the use of a granny flat.

He liked the Compacto design, but wanted it modified in size and configuration. We worked through the design changes with him to arrive to a desired outcome.

The site was listed as being Flood Affected by Marrickville Council, so we lodged a Development Application to address their flood concerns.
