Description:
Mr. Moore owned a corner property in Ermington NSW, which was rented. The large yard space was not being used and was a constant burden to the owner who was paying monthly lawn mowing fees.

He decided to build a secondary dwelling which addressed the street, making it look more like a home than a granny flat. It has its own individual entry, car parking space and courtyard. The end result was that he was able to take advantage of the large unused land, and turn it into a investment which is returning high rates for him.
